The last time that Ashley Thiner was on the channel, she was preparing to represent the USA in Muaythai at The World Games 2022. A lot has happened for her since then -- earning a silver medal at the aforementioned event before being promoted to gold medalist, then transitioning to MMA and winning two amateur fights.
Now, "Whiplash" is ready to make her professional MMA debut on June 8 at Valley Fight Series 15 against CaySea McBride. She caught up with Nate Freeman to discuss the transition between sports, as well as her goals in MMA, her new meal prep company, and much more.
