Mental health is in a state of crisis. I’m tired of toxic positivity, I’m tired of just do “insert demand” anyways. I’m tired of everything driving us to ignore our body’s SCREAMING at us to listen to why we feel like ??. I want people to realize ALL emotions are good emotions, there are no such things as bad emotions. Our emotions are communication tools. It’s time to pick them up and sharpen them. When we embrace HOW we feel then maybe we can embrace WHY we feel that way, and IF we can learn about WHY we feel THEN we can make necessary changes but this only comes with understanding.
