KSW founder and president Martin Lewandowski is pretty satisfied with the results of the recent KSW Colosseum 2 event, both in terms of fight and audience results. When he started KSW almost 20 years ago, Lewandowski didn't expect such massive events at the National Stadium in Poland. Lewandowski smiles after what he considers the biggest promotional event that went down in front of 50,000 roaring fans. Still, Lewandowski dreams even bigger, and by bigger, he means increasing the KSW presence outside of Poland as he plans to have another show outside of Poland this year and possibly four more next year out of 12 events. What if the Colosseum event were to become an annual tradition? Lewandowski initially planned for a four-year cycle after the first Colosseum event in 2017, but various factors, including COVID-19 and other crises, forced them to postpone their plans.
